10-25 - Haircut, drug store, and bank.
10-25 - New flags, brackets and poles.
10-25 - Set up Garage band and lighting.
10-25 - Mounted nuns to lazy susans.
10-28 - Replaced Garbage Disposal.

Set Up Phase 1 - Early (NTS: do this as early as possible in the order listed)

09-xx Install garage drop ceiling - left in place last year .
09-07 Statue witch hat and flowers (broom not needed) - 1/4 hour.
09-15 1st storage retreival load - mannequins and costumes - 1 hour.
09-15 2nd storage retreival load - fence, yard, flame, lighting boxes - 1 hour.
09-15 Install Ghost/Cemetery stand - 1/2 hour.
09-15 Temporary tree light fixtures - 2 hours.
09-15 paint light bulbs - 1/2 hour. Paint when you take them down!
09-22 3rd storage retreival load - maniquins and creepers.
09-28 Install red porch lights (inside and out) - 1/2 hour.
09-28 Tree light red lens cover - 1/4 hour.
09-28 Red light bulbs in existing fixtures (gaskets are in a jar above garage dvr monitor) - 1/2 hour.
09-29 dig out pole cam mount - 1/2 hour.
10-06 Fetch Ghost and Granny rock speakers/wire - 1/2 hour.
10-06 Chimney Flame Light - 1/2 hour.
10-06 Fetch and install Devil Head (horns are tricky and takes 2 people) - 1 hour.

10-27 Closer House - 2 hour.
10-27 Coffin (pay attention to base front/back) and Large Tree Monster - 4 hour.
10-27 Garage Door Panels - 1 hour.
(not used) Garage Door Drapes. Tape rod together before threading the drapes.
10-24 Lawn Mower and Edger goes to storage.
10-29 Compressor test.
10-3x Garage Sheet Walls.
